Describe how the role of the credit union board of directors
differs from other common governance boards.
Define fiduciary responsibilities.
Contrast the board’s governance role with the management
responsibilities of the CEO and other credit union executives.
List the central responsibilities of the credit union board.
Describe what the board needs to know to lead the
credit union and where directors can find that information.
Discuss the role of the individual director on the credit
union board.
