thinking strategically to establish the credit union’s mission vision and values
Define the distinct role of the board and management in strategic planning
Explain why the strategic planning process must move beyond an annual cycle to deliver the best possible value to member/owners
List the questions the board must consider in evaluating and adopting the strategic plan
Discuss how the board and management work together to ensure that the entire credit union is aligned to the strategic
plan and how to maintain the strategic discipline needed to achieve long-term success.
