Define the types of employers covered by sexual harassment law
Identify and discuss the basic concepts regarding sexual
harassment rules
Discuss the remedies available to successful claimants in sexual
harassment cases
Describe the essential characteristics of appropriate sexual
harassment investigation and prevention policies
